health sector over the next ten years. It has been informed by the implementation of the Victorian Government’s key mental health policies and reforms, such as the Framework for Recovery-oriented Practice, Victoria’s priorities for mental health reform 2013–2015, reform of the Psychiatric Disability Rehabilitation and Support Service (PDRSS) program, now known as the Mental Health Community Support Services (MHCSS) program, and the commencement of the Mental Health
