ARCVic

ARCVic provides peer support through self-help and recovery, with a focus on educational services to people and families living with anxiety disorders. ARCVic offers structured workshops run by health professionals to enable peers to share their experiences to recovery, while learning practical steps to deal with their anxiety.

Services include:

  • OCD And Anxiety Helpline 1300 269 438 (Mon-Thurs 10-4pm)

  • Support, Information and Referral service for people, families and carers living with an anxiety disorders

  • Support, Information and Referral service for community and mental health providers

  • Peer Support Groups in Metro and Regional Victoria

  • Community Educational Seminars and Workshops

  • Recovery Programs - short-term skill-based group therapy sessions (Medicare rebate available)

  • Community library available for members

  • Peer Social Support Program

  • Membership and Anxiety Matters Journal

  • Pen Pals program
